This plan is to determine how decisions are made for requirements, design, change control and prioritization. The plan is put in place for a business analyst to clarify any changes and approaches that may seem vague for customers or employees to ensure consistency.

Information management must determine how information should be organized in a functional and useful model. Improvements are done by assessing a business analyst work and improve processes and performance. Improvements can be done by the report on the results of the analysis, and identify any necessary preventive, corrective, or developmental actions.
